By vacuum hot pressing sintering,graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composite was prepared.The influences on the microstructure of graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composite from content of graphene,mixing time and aging treatment after hot rolling were researched.The results show that the microstructure of 1.5% vol.graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composite is more uniform without obvious and large-sized graphene reunite;with the extension of mixing time,the dispersion uniformity of graphene in magnesium matrix is improved;the microstructure of graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composite could be detailed by hot rolling and refined at 350℃ for 3h.%采用真空热压烧结法制备石墨烯/镁复合材料,研究石墨烯含量、混料时间及热轧后时效处理对石墨烯/镁复合材料显微组织的影响.结果表明:石墨烯含量为1.5%时,镁基复合材料的组织更加均匀,无明显的石墨烯团聚;随着混料时间的延长,石墨烯在镁基体中的分散均匀性得到提高;热变形能够细化石墨烯/镁复合材料的显微组织,350℃下热处理3h有利于组织均匀性的改善.
