卫生间污染物扩散规律数值模拟及排风口位置和补风方式的优化

     

摘要

This paper aimed to investigate the concentration distribution law of pollutants in the bathroom with and without mechanical ventilation, and to determine reasonable locations and methods for exhaust outlet and makeup air in a bathroom. Based on making a bathroom numerical model and setting up 5 different cases,it adopted Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) numerical simulation method, used FLUENT software, solved the differential equations of pollutant distribution with finite-volume methods and SIMPLEC, and simulated the concentration field distribution of pollutant in the bathroom respectively, as well as compared and analyzed simulation results of S cases. The paper attained pollutant concentration distribution graphs in the bathroom with different locations and ways of exhaust outlet and makeup air( or in five cases). The simulation results of pollutant concentration distribution show that,one of the cases, the toilet-side-exhaust, can reduce the extent of pollutant dispersion significantly,developing the way of toilet-side-exhaust in bathroom is reasonable and feasible in the future. Fresh air infiltration through inside door is reasonable.%目的 研究在无机械排风和有机械排风情况下卫生间内污染物的扩散和浓度分布规律,确定合理的排风口位置和补风方式.方法 采用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)数值模拟的方法,通过FLUENT模拟软件,利用数值分析法中的有限容积法和SIMPLEC算法对卫生间内污染物分布的微分方程进行离散求解,在建立卫生间5种不同方案的基础上,分别对卫生间内污染物的浓度场分布进行数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行比较和分析.结果 得到排风口在不同位置和不同补风方式情况下,污染物浓度模拟云图与分布规律.重质量气体浓度值在越接近污染源处浓度值越大;而轻质量气体扩散方式则相反.采用机械排风的卫生间内污染物浓度远低于无排风卫生间内污染物浓度.结论 卫生间排风方式采用座便器侧排风时,污染物扩散影响范围较其他情况明显减小,采用座便器侧排风方式是合理可行的.
