等量替换计算法在碳纤维布加固混凝土梁中的应用

摘要

目的 研究等量替换计算法在碳纤维布加固混凝土梁中的适用性,探讨初始配筋率、加固后的弯矩设计值对等量替换计算法适用范围的影响.方法 通过调整初始配筋率和加固后的弯矩设计值,分别采用等量替换计算法和<混凝土结构加固设计规范>中的计算法,对5种典型截面尺寸的单筋矩形截面混凝土梁进行加固计算.结果 经过对比等量替换计算法与规范计算法算得的碳纤维布用量,得到了初始配筋率、等量替换计算法与规范计算法算得的碳纤维布面积比值以及加固后弯矩设计值与初始极限弯矩值比值三者之间的关系.结论 等量替换计算法并不是普遍适用的,只有在一定范围内这种方法才是适用的.%In order to investigate the applicability of equivalent substitution calculation method ( ESCM ) applied to concrete beam with CFRP, the effects on application range of the ESCM when the initial reinforcement ratio and the strengthened bending moment design value are changed.In the article, the calculation methods of the ESCM and the design code for strengthening concrete structure are adopted to calculate reinforcement for five kinds of typical cross-section size concrete beams which are single-reinforced rectangular cross-sections by adjusting the initial reinforcement ratio and the strengthened bending moment design value.Comparing to the area quantities of CFRP obtained through the ESCM and the code calculation methods, the relationship of initial reinforcement ratio and the area ratio of CFRP are calculated by the ESCM to the code calculation methods and the design value ratio of strengthened bending moment to the initial limited moment.The result shows that the ESCM is not applicable universally and is feasible only within certain scope.
