海水环境腐蚀下的GFRP筋抗压性能试验

         

摘要

目的 研究海水环境腐蚀下GFRP筋的抗压性能,以期替代钢筋应用于海港工程.方法 人工配制5倍海水质量浓度的盐溶液,将GFRP筋浸入配置的溶液中,预定龄期后取出筋体,截成长细比为2.5的小试件,在300 T液压试验机上进行GFRP筋的受压性能试验.结果 随着GFRP筋体在海水溶液中浸渍时间的增长,GFRP筋的极限荷载、抗压强度保留率和弹性模量保留率逐渐下降;试件的直径越小,浸渍时间越长,筋体腐蚀相对越严重,产生劈裂破坏的概率越大,极限荷载与抗压强度下降幅度越明显.结论 GFRP筋作为受压筋应用到海水盐腐蚀环境中具有很大的优越性.%The paper aims to research the failure modes, ultimate loads, retention rates of compressive strength and retention rates of elastic modulus of GFRP bars under the seawater environment corrosion. In this paper,the GFRP bars were soaked in the salt solution which were made artificially five times the concentration of seawater, removed after a scheduled age and cut into small specimens whose slenderness ratio were 2. 5 and set to hydraulic testing machine of 300T to test the compression performance of GFRP bars. With the increase of dipping time in the salt solution, ultimate loads, the retention rate of compressive strengths and elastic modulus of GFRP bars decreased gradually; the smaller the diameter of the specimen is, and the longer the dipping time is, the more serious the corrosion of reinforcement body is relatively; the greater the probability of producing splitting failure is, the more obvious the ultimate load and compressive strength decrease. So GFRP bars which are used in seawater environment as pressure bars have great superiority.
