进气速度对交指HT-PEM燃料电池性能的影响

         

摘要

目的 研究高温质子交换膜(HT-PEM)燃料电池在不同进气速度下的性能差异.方法 改进一个耦合气体流道和气体扩散层的三维、两相、多组分HT-PEM燃料电池模型,考虑4种进气速度对燃料电池性能的影响.结果 提高反应气体进入流道的速度,可以改善流道中反应气体浓度分布,使反应气体更加均匀地分布在流道中.在温度为453.15 K的交指流场中,氧气的进气速度为1.6 m/s,氢气的进气速度4 m/s为最优进气速度.结论 PEM燃料电池性能在不断的改善,交指流场中氧气浓度分布更加均匀,进出口的压力差足够排除生成物,膜电流密度分布的更加均匀.%In order to study the performance difference of high temperature proton exchange membrane (HT-PEM) fuel cell at different air intake rates.We optimized a three-dimensional,two-phase and multi-component model and modeled the flow and transport in the combined gas channel and porous gas diffuser in the HT-PEM fuel cell.We considered the effects of four kinds of intake air velocities on the fuel cell performance.The simulation results showed that the rate of reaction gas entering the runner was improved,and the concentration of the reaction gas was improved in the channel.At the temperature of 453.15 K,the oxygen inlet velocity is 1.6 m/s and hydrogen inlet velocity is 4 m/s,which is the best intake rate.HT-PEM fuel cell performance was improved and the distribution of oxygen concentration was more uniform in the channel.The pressure between import and export can exclude the product and the membrane current density distribution is better.
