高职学生情感性实践创新能力培养探析

摘要

高职学生情感性实践创新能力培养从学生自发参加活动入手，提高他们包括表达、质疑、思维、学习、管理、组织、交往、团队合作等各种能力在内的综合能力，这是一种自下而上、由内而外的培养方式，它所取得的成效更加持久而广泛。本文创新性提出了情感性实践创新能力的概念，分析了对高职学生进行情感性实践创新能力培养的意义，提出了情感性实践创新能力的培养途径。%　　Training college students' affective practice and creating ability from spontaneous activities improves students' comprehensive abilities, including expression, questioning, thinking, learning, management, organization, communication, teamwork, etc. This is a kind of bottom-up and inside-outside cultivation mode. The results it obtained are more lasting and widely. This paper proposes the creative concept, analyzes the significance, and gives the training ways of affective practice and creating ability.
