大众跆拳道品势——太极四章动作结构特征探微

摘要

运用文献资料法、自我体验教学法、视频分析等研究方法,对太极四章的动作结构特征进行分析,旨在提高跆拳道品势教学水平,为道馆式跆拳道晋级、升段提供理论参考.%By adopting the research methods of documentary data, self-experience-based learning, video analysis etc. this paper analyses the movement structure of Taegeuk 4 Jang, aiming to improve the teaching level of taekwondo＇ s poomsae and provide theoreti- cal basis for popular TKD＇ S rank promotion.
