通过文献综述与比较分析探讨了“运动人体科学”学科下课程教学内容现状,主要结论为:主干课程间教学内容、主干课程与其他课程间教学内容严重重复。据此提出优化与整合策略:界定主干课程间重复内容的归属;调整主干课程课时分配;增强教材编写的统筹规划意识。%The current situation of teaching courses of human movement science were discussed through the comparative analysis of the literatures. This paper found that serious repetition existed between the contents of main courses, so did the main courses and the others. According to this, the strategies of optimization and integration were put forward: the attribution of repeat contents among the main courses were defined; the class period of main courses was adjusted;enhance the awareness of the overall planning during writing.
