农民工养老意愿研究综述

摘要

Migrant workers appear as a special group with the modernization and urbanization. Study of migrant workers pension willingness is becoming the focus of social attention and academic research in the current urban and rural social security system is not perfect. Since the reform and opening up of domestic the study of migrant workers general situation and pension willingness research status are diversified over time trend. Different researchers study the impact of migrant workers pension wishes reached a different point of view on Individual characteristics of migrant workers, household, urban and rural insurance system. Existing research has focused on the analysis of migrant workers to participate in social pension insurance status and the influencing factors. The work lack the main pension wishes and the research of trends in small cities and rural.%农民工是伴随现代化和城市化进程出现的一个特殊群体，在当前城乡社会保障体系不健全的情况下农民工养老意愿的研究成为社会关注的焦点和学界研究的重点。改革开放以来，国内农民工研究的总体概况和农民工养老意愿研究现状均随着时间的推移呈现多元化趋势。不同学者就农民工个体特征、家庭特征、户籍、城乡参保体系等制度因素对农民工养老意愿影响的研究得出了差异化观点。综述已有研究发现，农民工参加社会养老保险的现状和影响因素的分析较多，但缺少对农民工主体养老意愿的研究以及中小城市农民工养老意愿的趋势分析。
