我国外资法新的发展趋势

摘要

There are certain conflicts and contradictions between our foreign investment law and relevant legal departments.In the context of global economic integration,our foreign investment law should convergence with WTO rules well.At present,China is establishing,changing,and repealing relevant laws,and tries to integrate domestic law with state law much better and more comprehensively.%我国外资法与相关法律部门存在着一定的冲突和矛盾,在全球经济一体化的背景下,我国的外资法应当与WTO规则很好的接轨;我国目前正对国内相关法律进行相应的立、改、废,在法律上尽力做到国内法与国际法更好更全面的接轨。
