事业单位改革背景下试行法定机构问题研究——以广东省法定机构改革为例

2011年4月16日,新华社授权发布了《中共中央国务院关于分类推进事业单位改革的指导意见》,与此同时,广东省法定机构的改革在如火如荼的进行。那么,什么是法定机构？法定机构与事业单位改革有什么关系？广东省开展法定机构先行先试工作中,遇到哪些实际困难,其是如何解决的？本文主要针对这些问题做深入探讨。%Some time ago, On April 16th ,2011 ,＂ Guidelines for Classifying and Enhancing Institutions Reform＂ by Xinhua News A- gency authorised by CPC central committee and State Council. In the meanwhile ,the reform of statutory body in Guangdong Province is advancing like a raging fire. What is statutory body？ What＇ s the relation between statutory body and institutions reform？ What difficul- ties they have suffered in carrying out the first trial and how to solve them？ The author discussed them in the paper.
