The interaction between Mn3+ tetraphenylporphyrin (MnTPPC1) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied in DMF using spectral technique. The equilibrium constants, the enthalpies, and the entropies of the system were measured. The results suggest that a 1:1 adduct is formed during the interaction between MnTPPCI and BSA. There is one specific binding site in BSA molecule, which is connected with MnTPPCI. During the interaction, a redox reaction occurs and one electron is transferred from BSA to MnTPPC1.%用分光光度法研究了四苯基卟啉锰配合物(Mn3+TPPCI)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用,测定了二者相互作用的平衡常数和热力学参数,发现二者之间可形成1:1的配合物,BSA存在一个强结合位。在它们的相互作用过程中发生了氧化还原反应,一个电子上BSA转移至MnTPPCl。
