Objective To investigate the immune function in patients and compare the efficacy of different treatment methods for hepa-tocellular carcinoma by combined detection of serum levels of p53-Ab and HSP-70. Methods Totally,351 cases of primary liver cancer in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 were selected and divided into radiofrequency ablation( RFA) group( n=62),transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) group(n=67),RFA+TACE group(n=76)and operation group(n=102)according to the disease and patient’ s will. Serum p53-Ab and HSP-70 were detected at 2 week,3 month,6 month, 1 year, 2 year and 3 year after treatment. The relationships between the indexes were analyzed within groups and between groups. Results After the treatment, serum p53-Ab was decreased, while HSP-70 was increased at 2 week,3 month,6 month in RFA group(P<0. 05),at 2 week in TACE group(P<0. 05),at 2 week,3 month,6 month in combined group(P<0. 05),and at 2 week,3 month in operation group(P<0. 05). Compared with TACE group, p53-Ab increased in combined group and operation group 2 weeks,3 months,6 months after operation (P<0. 05). Compared with combined group,HSP-7 increased in RFA group and TACE group 2 weeks,3 months,6 months after opera-tion(P<0. 05). Conclusion Based on the serum levels of p53-Ab and HSP-70,TACE is better than the other methods in the treat-ment of hepatocellular carcinoma. All the four methods can improve the immune function,especially the combined method.%目的：联合血清p53-Ab和HSP-70了解患者机体免疫功能状况,比较肝细胞癌各治疗方法的疗效。方法选取2007-01~2009-12我院住院肝癌患者351例,根据患者的病情和患者的自主意愿分为RFA组62例,TACE组67例,联合组(TACE+RFA组)76例,手术组102例,所有患者于术后2周、3月、6月、1年、2年和3年复查血清p53-Ab和HSP-70,对各组内和组间的各指标变化关系进行统计学分析。结果与术前相比,RFA组术后2周、3月和6月血清p53-Ab降低、HSP-70升高(P<0.05)；TACE组术后2周血清p53-Ab降低、HSP-70升高(P<0.05)；联合组术后2周、术后3月和术后6月血清p53-Ab降低、HSP-70升高(P<0.05)；手术组术后2周、术后3月血清p53-Ab降低、HSP-70升高(P<0.05)。术后2周、术后3月和术后6月,TACE组与联合组和手术组p53-Ab相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组与RFA组和TACE组HSP-70相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过各组血清p53-Ab和HSP-70比较,TACE对肝细胞癌的治疗优于本文其他方法；四种治疗方法均有改善免疫功能的作用,其中联合组的改善作用最佳。
