Objective To investigate the expression and implication of SHH in cervical carcinoma. Methods Expression of SHH was detected with immunohistochemistry Envision assay in 77 cases of cervical cancer,40 cases of low grade cervical intraepithelial neo-plasia,35 cases of high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 30 cases of normal cervical tissues. Results The positive expres-sion rate of SHH protein in cervical cancer tissue was higher than that in normal cervical tissue and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tis-sue(P<0. 05). The expression of SHH protein in cervical cancer was significantly different among different tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stages(P<0. 05),and there was no significant difference between patients with different age(P>0. 05). Conclusion The up-regulation of SHH protein expression in cervical cancer may be related to the occurrence and develop-ment of cervical cancer.%目的 研究宫颈癌组织中SHH蛋白的表达及意义. 方法 采用免疫组化方法检测宫颈癌组织77例、低级别宫颈上皮内瘤变组织40例、高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变组织35例和正常宫颈组织30例中SHH蛋白的表达情况及与临床病理的关系. 结果 SHH蛋白在正常宫颈组织、低级别宫颈上皮内瘤变组织、高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变组织及宫颈癌组织中的表达呈上升趋势,SHH蛋白在不同组别间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);SHH蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达与分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移情况有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),而与年龄无关(P>0. 05). 结论 SHH蛋白在宫颈癌中表达升高可能与宫颈癌的发生与发展有关.
