Mushroom stick is known as germ bran, germ drag, or scrap, which is used as a culture media during the annual plastic bag cultivation efficient manufacture of white Flammulina velutipes. How to efficiently and entirely reuse the germ bran in an environmental friendly way has become one of the most important problems to be resolved during the cultivation of edible fungi. In this article, the author deliberated the recycling of the waste germ bran produced in the industrial efficient manufacture of white Flammulina velutipes, especially for re-cultivating, in additional of exploring a new model called "industrial manufacture and greenhouse cultivation".%白色金针菇工厂化周年袋栽高效生产中会产生大量的废弃菌棒(又叫菌糠、菌渣),即栽培用过的培养基料,如何环保充分有效地开发利用大量的菌棒,是食用菌栽培中亟待解决的重要问题之一.主要探讨白色金针菇工厂化高效生产中产生的废弃菌棒的再利用,特别是用其进行2次出菇,探索一种“工厂化生产+温室栽培”的新模式.
