山西省农业现代化进程评价

摘要

基于对山西农村和农业整体发展情况的详细分析,构建了山西省农业现代化进程评价指标体系,该指标体系包括5项主体指标和18项个体指标.运用该指标体系及农业现代化评价模型对山西农业现代化发展水平进行测算与分析,测算结果显示,2011年山西省农业现代化发展水平的综合评价值为53.09,比照农业现代化进程阶段的有关划分标准可以判断,目前山西省农业现代化发展总体水平接近初步实现阶段.%Based on the correct analysis of achievement of the countryside and agriculture development in Shanxi,an index system of appraising the agricultural modernization progress in Shanxi was set up.It consists of 5 principal indicators and 18 individual indicators.The process of agricultural modernization in Shanxi was quantitatively studied by this index appraising system,the AHP and the mathematical model.The result of study shows that the synthetical appraising value of the agricultural modernization level in Shanxi is 53.09 in 2011.According to the modernization progress stage division,the overall level of the agricultural modernization of Shanxi is close to the stage of preliminary implementation.
