不同沙棘品种间芦丁含量的比较

摘要

The rutin level of seabuckthron was analysed by using a reversed phase HPLC method with Diamonsil@C18 chromatographic column(5 μm,4.6 mm × 150 mm),mobile phase methanol-0.5％ phosphoric acid(33 ∶ 67),a detection wavelength of 254 nm,a column temperature of 30 ℃,a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and sample size of 20 μL.Six hybrid seabuckthorn cultivars in the Taigu experimental area and one wild Chinese seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp,sinensis Rousi) leaves were chosen.The results showed that the rutin levels of cultivar 1,cultivar 2,cultivar 10,cultivar 12,cultivar 54,Fengning male,Chinese seabuckthorn (♀)and Chinese seabuckthorn(♂)were 0.081 3％,0.052 3％,0.130 0％,0.132 7％,0.068 2％,0.136 1％ and 0.146 6％,respectively.This study not only provides a reference for the identification,adaptability,and future application of seabuckthorn varieties,but also provides a basis for further product development.%通过反相HPLC法,采用Diamonsil@C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),流动相甲醇-0.5％磷酸(33∶67),检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量20 μL,对太谷试验区的6个杂交沙棘品种和本地野生中国沙棘叶中的芦丁含量进行了测定.结果表明,杂优1号芦丁含量为0.081 3％,杂优2号为0.052 3％,杂优10号为0.130 0％,杂优12号为0.132 7％,杂优54号为0.068 2％,丰宁雄为0.086 9％,中国沙棘♀为0.136 1％,中国沙棘♂为0.146 6％.研究结果不仅可为沙棘品种鉴定、适应性研究和种植推广提供参考,同时也可为进一步的产品开发提供依据.
