山西省紫苏产业的发展现状及对策

摘要

紫苏是一种具有综合利用价值的抗性强、油性高的草本植物,具有很高的药用和食用价值.虽然山西省发展紫苏具有得天独厚的地理优势和气候条件,但是也有一些因素制约着紫苏产业朝着现代化的方向发展.从山西省的环境优势、品质优势、加工现状、存在问题与技术瓶颈分析了紫苏的生产现状,并提出了紫苏产业的发展对策,以期为紫苏的深入研究和进一步开发应用提供参考.%Perilla frutescens is a kind of herbaceous plant with high resistance and high oil resistance with comprehensive utilization value. It has high medicinal and edible value. Although the development of Perilla frutescens in Shanxi has a unique geographical advantage and climatic conditions, however, there are some factors that restrict the Perilla frutescens industry toward modern direction. This paper analyzes the production status of Perilla frutescens from its environmental advantages, quality advantages, processing status, existing problems and technical bottlenecks in Shanxi province, proposes the development countermeasures of Perilla frutescens industry, to the object of promoting Perilla frutescens industrialization and providing references for its further investigation.
