为了研究山茱萸中环烯醚萜苷类化合物的最佳提取工艺，以陕西省商洛市丹凤县产的山茱萸为原料，以环烯醚萜苷类化合物的提取率（按药材计算）为指标，考察提取溶剂、溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间四个因素对环烯醚萜提取率的影响，进行工艺优化。确定的提取溶剂为甲醇，提取剂浓度为80%，料液比为1：15，提取时间为100 min，提取率约为18.7%。此提取工艺和提取方法具有良好的稳定性和重复性，可为山茱萸药材的进一步开发提供依据。%To investigate the optimal extraction process of total iri doid glycosides from Dogwood, the raw materials were taken from Danfeng County,Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. In this research, the calculated yield of total iridoid glycodides ( based on medicinal materials) was taken as evaluation index, then investigated the effect of extraction solvent, solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time on iridoid extraction rate to determine the optimum extraction process. The best solvent is methanol whose concentration is 80%,the best solid-liquid ratio 1:15, and the best extraction time is 100 min, under this conditions,the extraction rate is about 18.7%.The eligible methods and conditions can effectively elevate the efficacy and stability of extraction of dogwood.
