摘要

This article mainly introduces an improved system of mate-grinding servo valve. The whole system is integrated in a test-bed, it adopts two measuring methods of flux meterage and pressure meterage, which are inosculated perfectly. There is a mass of improvement in mechanical structure, gas-circuit and application software thereby shortening time of measuring. The amended system is better to meet practical demand of factory.%文章介绍了经过改进的伺服阀气动配磨系统.整个系统集中于一个试验台上,采用流量测量和压力测量两种测量方法,并使二种方法有机地融合在一个系统中.原伺服阀气动配磨系统在测量台架,测量气路和测量软件方面被改进后,缩短了测量时间、提高了测量精度,能更好地满足工厂实际生产的需要.
