With the development of internet of things and big data technology, the network to link the main elements such as humans, things, funds and information has developed from relatively fixed state to dynamic one, from simple network to complicated one, by which all kinds of economic criminal elements have been connected freely across the time and space and formed pairs. Thus, it has grown into dynamic and complicated network. If any part is combated, it will be replaced by other parts, which shows the capacity of adapting to dynamic state so that it has brought about great challenges to the traditional combat. By analyzing characteristics of economic crime in the condition of dynamic and complicated network and referring to research results of management science, sociology, psychology and so on, this paper puts forward such four suggestions as reforming the operation structure, developing online antivirus, cultivating professionals and breaking through "the lifeline" so as to propel the combat and prevention of economic crime in the new situation.%随着物联网、大数据技术的迅猛发展, 人、物、资金、信息等各类要素之间的连接方式从相对固定趋向于动态变化, 从相对简单趋向于复杂互联, 各类经济犯罪要素据此进行跨时空自由连接、配对, 形成一张动态复杂经济犯罪网络, 其中任何一个点被打击, 都会被其他节点轻易取代, 表现出极强的动态适应能力, 对传统打防工作带来了极大的挑战.本文从分析动态复杂网络条件下经济犯罪特点入手, 借鉴管理学、社会学、心理学等方面的研究成果, 从跳出"组织深井"、建立"在线杀毒"、打造"人才高地"、打通"生命线"四个方面提出相关打防建议, 从而推进新形势下经济犯罪打防工作.
