SOA下移动政务系统应用集成的设计

摘要

In order to resolve the problems such as system reconstruction, low precision, low real-time and high redundancy of mass data in construction of traditional mobile government management system, a resource-centered design idea is presented, REST architecture is introduced, and a data exchange mode is designed based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Through Web Service interface, each business management system is seamlessly connected, and transparent data exchanges are realized. On this basis, the application integration design of mobile government management system based on SOA is also realized. The practical application in local MSA of Shanghai shows that the office automation is remarkably changed from paper-less to wireless.%针对传统移动政务系统建设中存在的系统重复建设和数据准确性差、实时性低、冗余度高等问题,提出以资源为中心的设计理念,引入REST架构风格,设计一种基于面向服务体系结构(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)的数据交换方式;通过采用Web服务接口,对各个业务管理系统进行无缝对接,实现透明的数据交换方式.在此基础上,实现基于SOA的移动政务系统应用集成设计.上海市地方海事局的实际应用表明,该系统实现了由无纸化办公向无线化办公的迈进.
