膏体充填材料性能影响因素试验研究

摘要

TakingthepastefillinginDaizhuangMineofZiboMiningGroupCo.,Ltd.asanexample,themaininfluen-cingfactorsonthepropertiesofpastefillingwerestudiedbymeansofevenexperimentsystem.Theresultsshow thatthequalityconcentrationisthemainfactorinfluencingslump,hierarchicdegree,settingtimeandcompressive strengthwiththeconditionsoftheparticleratioofmaterials,thetemperatureandhumiditybeingdetermined;the highertheflyashcontents,thelargertheslumpisundertheconditionofsamequalityconcentration;thehierarchic degreeofpastegraduallydecreaseswiththeincreaseofflyashcontents;theuniaxialcompressivestrengthincreases quicklywiththeincreaseofcontentsofcementingmaterials;thewaterbleedingratedecreaseswiththeincreaseof fineaggregatecontentsandqualityconcentration.%　　以淄博矿业集团岱庄煤矿膏体充填为例，通过均匀试验系统研究了膏体充填材料性能的主要影响因素。结果表明：在材料颗粒级配、温度、湿度确定的情况下，质量浓度是影响塌落度、分层度、凝结时间和抗压强度的主要因素；在质量浓度相同的条件下，粉煤灰含量越高，塌落度越大；膏体分层度随粉煤灰含量的增加而逐渐减小；随着胶结料含量的增加，单轴抗压强度增长迅速；泌水率随着细粒级含量和质量浓度的增大而减小。
