公安院校特警学员警务搏击五步程序训练模式研究

摘要

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实证法和数理统计法等对公安院校特警学员警务搏击五步程序训练模式展开理论研究.构建了由基础训练、基本技术学习、基本技术提高、技能发展和能力初步形成五个有机联系的阶段组成的公安特警学员警务搏击五步程序训练模式,重点对训练程序、训练目标、训练内容、训练方法与手段和训练负荷五个要素展开研究.%with the methods of literature, questionnaire, empirical and mathematical statistics, it explores the five-step training mode of police fighting for SWAT in police colleges.This police fighting is composed of five stages, and it made a deep analysis of the five elements, such as training procedure, training goal, training content, training methods and means, and training load.
