S100A10基因在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义

         

摘要

目的:探讨S100A10在大肠癌组织中表达及其临床意义。方法采用高敏感性的催化信号放大免疫组化技术,检测S100A10蛋白在90例大肠癌(包括30例腺癌组、30例粘液癌、30例未分化癌)、30例大肠腺瘤和30例大肠正常黏膜组织中的表达,分析其与大肠癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 S100A10在腺癌组、粘液癌组、未分化癌组中的表达明显高于正常组及腺瘤组( P <0.01);腺瘤组大肠组织中 S100A10表达明显高于正常组(χ2=6.69, P <0.01);未分化癌组S100A10阳性表达明显高于腺癌组、粘液癌组(分别为χ2=5.79;6.13, P <0.05)。大肠癌中S100A10阳性表达率分别为:腺癌组为46.42﹪、粘液癌组为53.57﹪、未分化癌组为64.70﹪, S100A10在腺瘤组阳性表达为33.33﹪,在正常组阳性表达为6.66﹪。S100A10在大肠癌Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期阳性表达分别为74.19﹪、87.50﹪,明显高于大肠癌I期、Ⅱ期的阳性表达(分别为20.00﹪、41.66﹪)( P <0.01)。S100A10表达与大肠癌的临床分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和预后有关( P <0.05)。结论 S100A10蛋白表达与大肠癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移有关,并在其中发挥着重要作用,检测大肠癌中S100A10表达可作为早期诊断、临床治疗及评估预后的重要生物学指标。%Objective To explore the expressions and the clinical significance of S100A10 protein in colo‐rectal cancer tissues .Methods The expressions of S100A10 protein in 90 cases of colorectal cancer (inclu‐ding 30 cases of adenocarcinoma ,30 cases of mucinous carcinoma and 30 cases of undifferentiated carcino‐ma) ,30 cases of colorectal adenomas and 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissues were detected by u‐sing the high‐sensitivity catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical techniques ,and the clinico‐pathological relationship between S100A10 protein expressions and colorectal cancer was analyzed .Results The expressions of S100A10 protein in the groups of adenocarcinoma ,mucinous carcinoma ,and undiffer‐entiated carcinoma were significantly higher than those in the groups of normal mucosa and adenoma ( P<0 .01) .The expression of S100A10 protein in the group of colorectal adenomas was significantly higher than that in the group of normal mucosa (χ2 =6 .69 ,P< 0 .01) . The expression of S100A10 protein in the group of undifferentiated carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the groups of adenocarcinoma and mucinous carcinoma (χ2 =5 .79 ;6 .13 ,P<0 .05) .The positive rates of the expressions of S100A10 protein in colorectal cancer were 46 .42% in the adenocarcinoma group ,53 .57% in the mucinous carcinoma group , 64 .70% in the undifferentiated carcinoma group ,33 .33% in the adenoma group was and 6 .66 % in the normal group .The positive rates of the expressions of S100A10 protein in the stages of Ⅲ and Ⅳof color‐ectal cancer were 74 .19% and 87 .50% respectively ,significantly higher than those of the stage I (20 . 00% ) and stageⅡ(41 .66% ) f colorectal cancer respectively ( P <0 .01) .The expression of S100A10 pro‐tein was related to the clinical stage of colorectal cancer ,the degree of tissue differentiation ,lymph node metastasis and prognosis ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of S100A10 protein is related to the oc‐currence ,the development ,the invasion and the metastasis of colorectal cancer ,and S100A10 protein plays an important role in these areas .The expression of S100A10 protein in colorectal cancer can be an important biological indicators in early diagnosis ,clinical treatment and assessment of the prognosis of colorectal cancer .
