微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血的护理体会

摘要

目的 探讨微创颅内血肿穿刺引流治疗术治疗高血压脑出血的护理干预措施及其护理效果.方法 随机将2015年8月~2016年8月选择于我院接受微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术的高血压脑出血患者80例,分为对照组与观察组各40例,其中对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以针对性护理,比较两组患者的护理效果以及患者的满意度.结果 对照组的护理总有效率(75.00%)明显低于观察组(97.50%),且患者的满意度(72.50%)亦低于观察组(95.00%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对应用微创颅内血肿穿刺引流治疗术的高血压脑出血患者而言,针对性护理措施可以有效地提高治疗效果和患者满意度,值得推广.%Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on treating hypertensive intracranial hematoma through minimally invasive intracranial puncture and drainage.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive intracranial hematoma treated in this hospital from August, 2015 to August, 2016 underwent minimally invasive intracranial puncture and drainage and were randomly divided into the control group given routine nursing and the observation group given nursing intervention.The nursing effect and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing(75.00%) and the level of patients' satisfaction(72.50%) in the control group (75%) were significantly lower than the total effective rate of nursing(97.50%)and the level of patients' satisfaction(95.00%)in the observation group (97.50%) respectively (P< 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can produce good effect on treating hypertensive intracranial hematoma through minimally invasive intracranial puncture and drainage.
