济南轻型屋顶绿化七种景天类植物的适应性研究

摘要

通过田间实验设计,对七种景天类植物进行干旱胁迫、水分胁迫实验,包括观察植物形态以及测定土壤含水量、叶绿素含量等指标,运用excel表格和spss软件对实验数据进行差异显著性检验,结果表明仅从形态观测和叶绿素等指标测定,其抗旱性强弱顺序为:佛甲草＞八宝景天＞费菜、花叶八宝景天＞胭脂红景天、垂盆草＞白叶景天；耐涝性强弱顺序为:佛甲草＞垂盆草＞费菜＞胭脂红景天＞白叶景天＞花叶八宝景天＞八宝景天,综合七种景天属植物的抗逆性研究,分析得出除白景天在灌溉条件受限的情况下慎用,其它6种可广泛用于济南轻型屋顶绿化建设中.%Based on the field experiment design, the study makes the experiments on seven species of sedum about drought stress and water stress, including the observation of plant morphology and determination of soil water content, chlorophyll content and other indexes, and uses Excel forms and SPSS software to test significant difference between experimental data. The results show that only from morphological observation and determination of chlorophyll index, the drought tolerance capacity order is: Sedum lineare > Sedum spectabile > Sedum aizoon, Sedum spectabile > Sedum supruim' Coccineum' , Sedum sarmentosum > Sedum pallescens; the waterlogging tolerance value order is: Sedum lineare > Sedum sarmentosum > Sedum supruim ' Coccineum' > Sedum pallescens > Sedum aizoon > Sedum spectabile > Sedum spectabile. Comprehensive analysis of seven sedum plant resistance shows: Sedum pallescens will be used with caution under the condition of water shortage, the other sedums can be widely used for light roof garden in Jinan.
