In order to reduce the heat loss of heating pipe fixed buttress and improve the efficiency of the central heating, this paper simulated temperature field of fixed buttress on central heating pipes based on fluid-solid coupling of CFD numerical simulation method and obtained temperature distribution of buried fixed buttress and its surrounding soil. The simulation results show that it is necessary to insulate the fixed buttress. The heat loss of fixed buttress is 2458. 34W before adding insulation measures and 107. 75 W after adding insulation measures. The heat loss reduces greatly after adding the heat preservation measures.%为减少供热管道固定墩的散热损失进一步提高集中供热的效率,本文围绕集中供热管道固定墩处的热桥效应进行研究,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟软件对管道固定墩的温度分布情况及散热损失量进行了数值模拟.在分析直埋固定墩及周围土壤的温度分布情况的基础上对直埋管道固定墩处热桥效应的隔断措施进行了研究.研究结果表明:对固定墩保温是十分必要的,未增加保温措施时单个固定墩的散热损失为2458.34W,增加保温措施后单个固定墩的散热损失为107.75W.固定墩增加保温措施后的散热损失量大大降低节能效果明显.
