两种污泥堆肥通风控制方式对比研究

             

摘要

将脱水污泥与园林废物混合后进行高温好氧堆肥处理后产品回用到林地和城市绿化中,可同时实现脱水污泥与园林废物的无害化和资源化.通风是堆肥运行最重要的控制参数.为了更合理的控制堆肥过程,提高堆肥质量,对通风控制方式进行了研究.将脱水污泥与园林废弃物青草混合后进行高温好氧堆肥实验,考察了时间控制和时间—温度控制两种强制通风控制方式对堆肥过程的影响.结果表明:堆肥过程中堆温均可达55℃,并维持3d以上;NH4+-N浓度可降低至0.43 mg/g以下;TN损失率分别为49.53%和42.67%;TOC降解率分别为43.32%和31.55%;种子发芽指数>80%,时间—温度联合控制下污泥堆肥的最佳腐熟周期为12d,时间控制方式下为14d.时间—温度联合控制方式与时间控制方式相比,具有更好的温度控制效果、符合标准要求的有机物含量、更低的氮损失率和更短的堆肥周期.时间—温度联合控制方式优于时间控制方式.%If the composting product of dewatered sludge mixed with green waste under thermophilic and aerobic condition was used in city green and forestry, free treatment and resources recovery would be achieved. Ventilation is the most important control parameter of composting operation. In order to control the composting process more reasonably and enhance the quality of composting product, ventilation control mode is studied. Dewatered sludge is mixed with green waste for the thermophilic aerobic composting to investigate the effects on the composting process by ventilation control mode of time control or the time-temperature control. Results show that the temperature is up to 55℃ and maintains more than 3 days in the composting. The concentration of NH/-N is down to 0. 43mg/g. The loss rates of TN are 49.53% and 42.67% , and the degradation rates of TOC are 43.32% and 31.55%. Seed germination index is up to 80%. The best maturity time of composting under the time-temperature control is 12 days, and 14 days under the time control. Therefore, compared with the time control mode, there is better temperature control, organic content of meeting the standard requirements, lower nitrogen loss and shorter maturity time under the time-temperature control. The time-temperature joint control mode is superior to the time control mode.
