不同浓度ABT_1号生根粉对三角梅扦插繁殖的研究

摘要

The effect of the different concentrations（0.0、0.1、0.5、1.0g/L） of rooting powder of ABT No.1 on rooting of cuttings propagation of Bougainvillea spectabilis with half lignification cuttings was studied.The result showed that the concentrations of the 1.0g/L was the best for the rooting of Bougainvillea spectabilis,and the percentage of rooting was 89.4%.%通过试验研究外源激素ABT1号4种不同浓度（0.0、0.1、0.5、1.0g/L）对三角梅半木质化穗条生根率的影响,试验采用单因素设计,基质用山地红壤。结果表明：采用ABT11.0g/L浓度处理三角梅插穗促进生根效果较好,生根率可达89.4%。
