高校体育教学中体育文化的传承分析

摘要

PE teaching in contemporary universities give more priority to exploration on techniques and skills in sports items instead of cultural education. In addition to teaching students convention-al sports skill, PE curricula should convey conception of PE inheritance to a proper extent and constantly immerse ideology and principles into the process. Only by combining science and hu-manity to cultivate students ′ sports participating attitude, motives and good habit could we ap-proach the purpose of improving students′PE qualities.%当今高校的体育教学更偏重于探索运动项目的技术技能，而非对学生进行针对性的体育文化教育。除了对学生教授体育运动项目技术之外，还应恰如其分的将体育文化传承的理念贯穿其中，不时地将项目的思想及学科原理授之，使其领会。只有从科学与人文相结合的角度来着手，从培养学生们的体育参与态度、动机、和坚持锻炼的好习惯开始，才能达到全面提升学生们的体育素养的目的。
