According to the law,regulatory person have the right to appeal which the prison agencies the people's procuratorate found need to protect.Because the appeal system itself exists some disadvantages,prisoners can't appeal.This is not conducive to rights protection.Conference to the foreign experience,to make prison agencies the people's procuratorate found play a role is necessary.%根据法律规定,被监管人有权进行申诉,驻监检察室有职责保障被监管人合法的申诉权.由于我国申诉制度本身存在的一些不足,导致了被监管人申诉难的发生,这对于被监管人权利的保障以及对其改造效果都造成了不良的影响.因此本文从被监管人申诉着手,借鉴域外先进经验,对驻监检察室如何保障被监管人申诉权进行探讨,希望能对驻监检察官履行监督职能有所帮助.
