毛皮废水连续式厌氧-好氧处理工艺参数研究

         

摘要

浙江某毛皮厂采用水解酸化+好氧活性污泥工艺处理污水,因其生化系统采用污泥大回流的运行方式,导致水解阶段的水解效果不明显,出水水质难以达标,迫切需要进行工程改造.根据该毛皮废水水质特征,采用强化厌氧-好氧活性污泥工艺,对工艺的运行参数进行优化,以便为工程改造提供重要的工艺参数.结果表明:在进水CODCr浓度不超过2000 mg/L、氨氮浓度不超过100mg/L的情况下,厌氧和好氧的水力停留时间都为1.5d,此时系统达到最优化的状态,CODCr、BOD5、氨氮和色度的去除率都稳定在92%以上,出水水质完全能达到《制革及毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 30486-2013)所规定的直接排放要求.%The original treating process for fur making wastewater of a fur factory in Zhejiang was hydrolysis acidification+aerobic activated sludge process .Sludge recycling was reused at a big recycling ratio in biochemical system ,which leading to the poor hydrolysis effect . Therefore ,the effluent cannot reach the discharging standard and the modification is essen-tial .Based on the characteristics of fur wastewater ,A-O process was adopted and optimized in order to supply data for the wastewater treatment modification .The results showed when the influent concentration of CODCr didn't exceed 2000 mg/L and the ammonia concentration was less than 100 mg/L ,both best HRT of anaerobic reactor and aerobic reactor were 1 .5 d . The removal efficient of CODCr ,BOD5 ,SS ,ammonia and color were higher than 92% .The treated effluent can reach the discharge standard of water pollutants for leather and fur mak-ing industry (GB 30486-2013) and can be discharged directly .
