以油酸、硬脂酸、芥酸与单乙醇胺为原料,制备了脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺,进而与三氯氧磷、十六烷基二甲基叔胺反应分别合成了三种脂肪酸基双子表面活性剂.采用傅立叶红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、X射线衍射和热重分析等方法对其结构与性能进行了表征.结果表明:成功制备了三种脂肪酸基双子表面活性剂,其均具有较高的乳化性和润湿性;脂肪酸基双子表面活性剂均能够顺利进入蒙脱土(Na-MMT)层间进行插层改性,且改性后蒙脱土与有机物的相容性得到了很大提高.%In this paper ,fatty acid monoethanolamides were respectively prepared from oleic acid ,stearic acid ,erucic acidand with monoethanolamine ,and then reacted with phosphorus oxychloride and cetyl dimethyl tertiary amine to synthesize series fatty acid-based gemini sur-factants .Their structures and properties were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ,X-ray diffraction ,thermogravimetric analysis and so on .The results showed that three kinds of fatty acid-based gemini surfactants were successfully prepared and had high emulsifiability and wettability .The fatty acid-based gemini surfactants could smoothly enter into the interlayer of montmorillonite (Na-MMT ) and greatly improved organic compatibility of modified montmorillonite .
