高职人文素养教育的现实困境及对策探析

摘要

The strengthening of humanistic education in higher vocational colleges is an important link in reali -zing the transformation from expansion construction to connotation development of Higher Vocational Education .At present ,some realistic problems such as marginalization in humanities education , ambiguousness of target location etc are ubiquitous in higher vocational colleges .There should be three aspects as follows in implementing the hu-manistic education of higher vocational colleges: The establishment of humanities curriculum and teaching system with Higher Vocational Education characteristics is the first; Second,enhance teachers'humanistic qualities of the individual self-cultivation and establish a high -quality teachers team; And third,the campus cultural construc-tion should be strengthened so as to improve the personal humanistic cultivation of students imperceptibly .%加强高职院校的人文教育，是实现高职教育从规模化建设向内涵发展的重要环节。目前，高职院校普遍存在着人文教育边缘化、目标定位不明确等现实问题。高职院校人文教育的实施应从以下三个方面着手：一是建立具有高职特色的人文类课程和教学体系；二是提升教师个人人文素质修养，建立高素质教师队伍；三是加强校园文化建设，从而潜移默化地提高学生个人人文修养。
