城市综合管网信息系统设计与开发

摘要

City pipe network digital management is an effective way to improve city management and service capabilities. A information system of city pipe network based on a national new district is introduced in this paper. Through integration of MIS and GIS, supported by technology in GIS, database and project management , the city pipe network hopes to achieve digitization, informalization and networking. The system has been tested and accepted by panel of experts, which provides a new scheme for city pipe digital management.%城市管网数字化管理是提高城市管理水平,增强城市服务能力的有效途径.针对某国家级新区城市综合管网信息系统设计与开发项目,通过MIS系统与GIS系统的有效融合,结合GIS技术、数据库技术、项目管理技术,实现了城市管网管理、维护和监控的数字化、信息化和网络化.项目通过了运行检验和专家验收,为城市管网数字化管理提供了一个新的解决方案.
