With further research , the simple morphological classification methods were inadequate to re-search Syrphidae systematics .Recently , DNA barcoding technology provided a new method for studying Syr-phidae systematics , and was used widely .This paper reviewed the application of DNA barcoding technology in the research of Syrphidae systematics by domestic and overseas scholars , including mitochondrial COI , 18S rRNA, 28S rRNA, and ITS sequences .%随着食蚜蝇科昆虫系统学研究的深入,单纯的形态学特征分类方法已显得不足, DNA条形码技术已为食蚜蝇科系统学研究提供了一条新途径并获得了较为广泛的应用。对国内外学者利用线粒体COI、18 S rRNA和28 S rRNA基因序列,以及ITS序列等在食蚜蝇科系统发育中的应用研究进行了总结。
