Shaanxi provincial government kindergarten stick to the concepts of "keeping good quality , growing for the scientific research ,using the talent people",to make sure it has an excellent kindergarten in the province .This paper focuses on studying the successful experience from Shaanxi Provincial Govern-ment Kindergarten and makes it a learning sample for all kindergartens .%陕西省政府机关幼儿园坚持“质量立园、科研兴园、人才强园”的办园理念，形成了多元智能园本课程体系，打造了一支“教育理念新、科研意识强、业务素质高、创新精神优”的师资队伍，不断提升保教质量，促进幼儿身心全面和谐发展，取得了优异的成绩，在全省幼教界中享有盛誉。
