穆罕默德·尤努斯的社会企业思想研究

摘要

在穆罕默德·尤努斯看来,社会企业是以社会目标为核心旨归、无亏损、不分红的新型企业,它有别于慈善机构与社会事业单位等现有的社会问题解决组织。这种新型企业几乎能解决所有的经济与社会问题,同时还能突破传统资本主义经济理论。要建立和发展这种新型企业,必须做好提出社会企业构想、建构社会企业模式、争取社会企业支持资金三方面的工作。此外,竞争与政府支持也是必不可少的。%In Muhammad Yunus＇view,social business is a non-loss,and non-dividend business aims at social objectives,which is different from the existing organizations to solve social problems such as charities and social enterprises.It is conducive to cope with almost all economic and social problems,and at the same time,it can break through the traditional theories of capitalistic economy.In order to establish and develop this new kind of business,it is necessary to put forward relevant tentative ideas,build the models and seek the suspensors funds,furthermore,competitions and government supports are indispensable.
