加快推进公共文化服务体系建设研究--以淄博市为例

摘要

The construction of public cultural service system is an important mea-sure to benefit the people through the cultural activities. However, the public cultural service system in Zibo city in the process of construction in recent years has exposed some influential factors and problems to promote the work. These restrictive problems not only affect the beneficial culture work, also influence the construction of Zibo City eco-nomic and cultural pace. In order to effectively solve these restrictive problems, it is nec-essary to strengthen the system construction, establish and improve the investment mech-anism, as well as strengthening basic cultural facilities, and innovating the construction of talents team.%　　公共文化服务体系建设是我们党和政府一直强调的实现文化惠民的重要举措。然而，淄博市公共文化服务体系在近几年的建设过程中日益暴露出一些影响工作推进的因素和问题，这些制约因素和问题不仅影响了文化惠民工作的进程，也影响了淄博市建设经济文化强市的步伐。为有效解决这些制约因素和问题，需要强化制度建设、建立健全投入机制、加强基层文化设施建设、创新人才队伍建设。
