基于RE-3DP技术的光电控制窗帘与照明系统设计

     

摘要

为了解决快速制造与美观环保、实用功能统一设计理念的应用问题,基于逆向工程设计理论,设计一款基于3DP技术构成实体零件的光电控制窗体遮挡物——窗帘.采用伸缩易拉式环保材料,可按用户需求设计图案,自控系统采用光感器件与单片机系统编程控制,实现了现代自动化家居用品制造与RE-3DP技术的集成应用,具有实用与研究价值.%In order to solve the problem of the application of the design concept of rapid manufacturing,aesthetics, environmental protection,and practical functions,based on the reverse engineering design theory,designs an optoelectronic control form occlusion based on 3DP technology to form physical parts,and the curtains use telescopic and pull type environmental protection materials.It can design patterns according to the needs of users.The automatic control system adopts the programming control of optical sensor devices and single-chip microcomputer system,and realizes the integration application of modern automated household products manufacturing and RE-3DP technology,which has practical and research value.
