改性玄武岩火焰喷涂涂层的制备及其耐腐蚀性能

     

摘要

采用火焰喷涂工艺制备了玄武岩涂层和 Zn-玄武岩复合涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜观察分析了涂层表面和截面的微观形貌,利用CS310型电化学工作站对涂层和基体进行了电化学测试,并对测试得到的塔菲尔极化曲线进行了分析。结果表明,玄武岩中添加Zn后,涂层的孔隙率明显降低,涂层与基体的咬合程度明显增强;玄武岩涂层具有较好耐腐蚀性能,Zn-玄武岩复合涂层在保护基体的过程中还具有牺牲阳极保护阴极的作用。%Basalt coating and zinc-basalt composite coating was prepared by flame spraying process.The microstructure of the surface and cross section of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The corrosion property of the substrate and coatings were compared using an accelerated electrochemical corrosion test method,and the tafel polarization curve obtained from tests are analyzed. The results show that the porosity of the basalt coating which contained with zinc was decreased obviously,the interdigitation of the coating and substrate was enhanced significantly.The corrosion property of the basalt coating is very well.The zinc-basalt composite coating have the effective of sacrifice anode for catholic protection of the substrate.
