In order to satisfy the requests of fireproofing in tunnel lining , an NPD-based intumescent fire retardant coating was developed , which could be used in outdoors to protect concrete structures in case of hydrocarbon fire . The influences of Silicone acrylic emulsion and nano-TiO2 on the performance of flame retardant coating were inves-tigated.The results showed that the cohesive strength and water resistance were the best when the content of Sili -cone acrylic emulsion and nano-TiO2 were 25%and 0.9%respectively.When mass fraction of Silicone acrylic e-mulsion was 25%, the cohesive strength and water resistance of NPD-based flame retardant coatings were 0.20Mpa and 14 days respectively.When mass fraction of nano-TiO2 was 0.9%, the cohesive strength , water resistance and fire resistance of NPD-based flame retardant coating were 0.35Mpa, 24 days and 173min respectively.Comparing the self-made sample with commercial products in terms of the fire resistance and physical properties , it indicated that the performance of NPD-based fire retardant coating was superior to the similar commercial products .Mean-while , the performance of NPD-based fire retardant coating reached the level of national standards while the fire re-sistance reached 180min, which was higher than national standards request of 90min.%针对隧道防火要求,开发一种可用于户外环境下保护隧道混凝土结构的耐烃类火灾的NPD型膨胀隧道防火涂料,并对硅丙乳液和纳米二氧化钛( TiO2)用量对涂料性能的影响进行了讨论。结果表明:硅丙乳液和纳米TiO2的加入提高了防火涂料的粘结强度和耐水性能,其中分别添加质量百分数为25%、0.9%的硅丙乳液和纳米TiO2后涂料的性能达到最优。添加质量百分数为25%硅丙乳液后,涂料的粘结强度和耐水极限分别达到0.20 MPa和14天;而添加0.9%的纳米TiO2后涂料的粘结强度提高到0.35MPa,耐水极限达到24天,耐火极限还从148min 提高到173 min。对自制样品与市购产品防火性能及其他理化性能测试比较,可知该产品的综合性能优于市购同类产品,耐火极限还远高于国家标准的90min,达到180min。
