再论代孕的危害

摘要

人类辅助生殖技术(ART)的进步使代孕成为可能,因女性子宫切除或病变而丧失生育能力的夫妇可以借她人的子宫获得自己的子女,非商业化的代孕逐渐被一些国家接受.我国禁止任何形式的代孕,但是代孕现象仍层出不穷.代孕不仅给代孕母亲和婴儿带来健康危害,还给家庭、社会、伦理道德和法律带来诸多问题.%The progress of human assisted reproduction technology brings the possibility of surrogacy,women who lost fertility because of hysterectomy or other diseases could have their own babies by borrowing others' uteruses.Non-commercial surrogacy has been approved by some countries;however,any form of surrogacy is banned in China,while it still exists.Surrogacy brings not only health risk to surrogate mothers and babies,but also accompanied with many problems of family,society,ethics and legislation.
