国际保险业并购动因、特点分析与中国保险业并购的启示

摘要

20世纪90年代以来，全球保险业经历了一场前所未有的并购风潮。本文分析了此次国际保险业并购风潮的动因、特点：世界经济一体化的推动和促进；保险全球化发展的必然要求；先进的科技手段成为大规模保险并购的重要技术支撑；政府政策导向和监管条例的变化等，对保险业的并购起到了推波助澜的作用。此次国际保险业并购风潮对中国保险业的发展具有十分重要的启示。%Since the 1990s, the global insurance industry has experienced an unprecedented wave of mergers. Eco- nomic integration in the world, insurance globalization, advanced scientific and technological means, government poli- cy and regulatory changes have played important role of large-scale insurance mergers and acquisitions. The large-scale insurance mergers have a very important strategic significance to China＇ s insurance industry.
