资产专用性视角下医疗月艮务引致需求的内生性研究

摘要

鉴于引致需求会造成医疗服务供给方的行为决策偏离了患者利益最大化和资源配置帕累托最优的问题，本文从资产专用性角度深入分析医疗服务供给方投资的专用性，借鉴威廉姆森的不完全契约模型来探讨引致需求的内生性问题，并指出对医疗服务供给方进行激励约束是治理医疗服务供给方的引致需求的有效方法。%Physician induced demand causes the problems that the behavioral decision making of the supplier of medical services deviate from the patients＇ benefit maximization and Pareto Optimality in resource allocation. This paper analyzes the specificity of the supplier＇ s investment on the basis of asset specificity, discusses on the endogenous of physician induced demand by Williamson＇ s incomplete contract model, and points out the incentive constraint mechanism is the effective method to solve physician induced demand.
