组合FRP约束高强混凝土棱柱力学性能试验研究

         

摘要

A new retrofitted method for improving the mechanical behavior of high strength concrete prisms was developed in which the wrapped fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) sheet,embedded steel bolt bar and clamping steel plate were used.Nine groups of confined high strength concrete prisms and one group of control specimens were axially tested to examine the effect of wrapped FRP sheet,embedded steel bolt bar with clamping steel plate and the hybridized retrofit method on improving the mechanical performance.The effect of these retrofitted methods on improving ductility behavior was analyzed by the theory of strain energy accumulated in the element,and the reason of the increasing strength was attempted to clarify.Experimental results show that all the methods can improve compressive strength of concrete prisms.Besides,the hybridized specimen can absorb more energy compared with wrapped FRP sheet and embedded steel bolt bar with clamping steel plate,and the specimens show a better ductility,thus it is the more effective method to improve the mechanical behavior of high strength concrete.%研究一种利用纤维增强复合材料(FRP)布包裹并植入钢螺栓及压钢板的新型组合加固方式来改善混凝土棱柱体力学性能.通过对9组约束高强混凝土棱柱体试件及1组对比试件进行轴心受压试验,分别研究包裹纤维布、植入钢螺栓并压板和两者组合加固技术对改善高强混凝土棱柱体受力性能的作用,采用应变能积累理论分析讨论了几种加固方法对高强混凝土棱柱体延性提高的影响,同时也分析了承载力提高的原因.试验研究结果表明:3种加固方式均能提高棱柱体的抗压强度,组合约束试件较前两者能吸收更多的能量,具有较好的延性,能更有效地提高棱柱体的受力性能.
