钢桥面双层沥青混合料铺装体系疲劳损伤分析

         

摘要

In this study, based on the damaged mechanics principle, the fatigue damage evolution law of a double layer asphalt mixture paving system on steel bridge deck was analyzed from the perspective of mechanical approximation. Also some prediction formulas of damaged field, stress-strain relationship and fatigue life of the paving system were proposed. Fatigue tests of compound beams were prepared at a paving layer construction site of Nanjing's fourth Yangtze river's bridge and used to validate the reliability of established models. Results indicated that predicting values from established models were closed to those from experimental measurements with a deviation rang of 8%. This suggests that the proposed prediction formulas were reliable. This study concludes that the established models can be used to accurately predict the fatigue life of a double layer asphalt mixture paving system on steel bridges'decks.%运用损伤力学原理,从力学近似角度出发,分析钢桥面双层沥青混合料铺装结构体系的疲劳损伤演化规律,推导出钢桥面双层沥青混合料铺装结构体系的损伤场、应力应变和疲劳寿命的预测公式,并以南京四桥现场摊铺、碾压成型的复合梁疲劳试验为例,验证所推导模型的可靠性.研究结果表明:本文模型的预测结果与实验结果较为接近,误差在8%以内,具有较高的可靠性.利用本文推导的模型能较准确预测钢桥面双层沥青混合料铺装结构体系的疲劳寿命.
