高速铁路建设项目建设过程后评价研究

         

摘要

Construction project post-evaluation that is the important link of project life cycle management is essential for high-speed railway construction project. For high-speed railway construction projects, the investment scale is larger and wider, How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the construction process of the high-speed railway construction project has become increasingly important. Based on the life cycle perspective, this paper described the status of China's high-speed railway construction, combines with the unique characteristics of high-speed railway construction projects, and constructs high-speed railway construction project evaluation index system. Combined with the fuzzy matter element method, based on the structural equation model, the high speed railway construction project construction process was evaluated, and the model was verified by the example of JH high speed railway, and the good result was obtained.%建设项目后评价作为工程项目全生命周期管理的重要环节,必不可少.对于高速铁路建设项目而言,其投资更大、规模更广,如何科学、合理地对高速铁路建设项目的建设过程进行后评价,显得尤其重要.基于全生命周期视角,阐述我国高速铁路建设的现状,结合高速铁路建设项目自身独有的特点,构建高速铁路建设项目建设过程后评价指标体系.运用模糊物元方法和结构方程模型对高速铁路建设项目建设过程进行后评价,并以JH高铁为例验证模型实用性.
