骨转移癌患者手术前后血清IL-8、ICTP和PINP检测的临床意义

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical relevance of measuring serum IL-8, ICTP and PINP levels both before and after op-eration in patients with bone metastasis cancer. Methods Serum IL-8, ICTP and PINP(with RIA) Levels were measured in 31 patients with bone metastasis cancer and 35 controls. Results Before operation, serum IL-8, ICTP and PINP levels were obviously higher than those in controls (P0.05), serum IL-8 Level showed positively correlated with serum ICTP, PINP levels (r = 0.5123, 0.6012,P 0.05),且血清IL-8水平与ICTP、PINP水平呈正相关(r=0.5123、0.6012,P<0.01).结论:检测骨转移癌患者手术前后血清IL-8、ICTP和PINP水平的变化对了解病情、观察疗效和预后判断均具有一定的临床价值.
